Summary

Upwork is a marketplace that connects businesses with freelancers and independent professionals (clients). The Work Management team within the Payments business unit had a north star goal to increase the offer acceptance rate.

I designed a new way for freelancers and agency managers to efficiently access and view their offers from clients, so that they can make an accept/decline decision quickly.

A two-cell quantitative test revealed both positive mobile results, but nuanced insights into overall user behavior, highlighting the potential impact of integrating offer and messaging content.
